Terms of service
The terms for buying and using an eSIM from esimapp.io. Please read the part on immediate delivery before you buy.

About these terms
These terms apply when you buy an eSIM data package from esimapp.io (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you accept them.
Whop runs our checkout and processes your payment. Whop is the merchant of record for card network rules and settlement only: esimapp.io remains the supplier of your eSIM and is responsible to you for it.
Packages and prices
Each plan we sell (a “package” in these terms) gives a set amount of mobile data for its destination, valid for the number of days on its label. Packages are mobile data only: they come with no phone number, calls or texts.
Prices are in US dollars. The price on a label is the total you pay, with all fees included. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee.
A package’s validity starts when you install the eSIM or when it first connects to a network, as its label says. The package ends when its validity runs out or its data is used up, whichever comes first. Data you don’t use expires with it.
Coverage and speed depend on the local networks listed for each package. We can’t promise a signal everywhere in a destination.
Your phone
You need an iPhone or Android phone that supports eSIM and isn’t locked to a carrier. Please check before you buy, because a delivered eSIM can’t be withdrawn.
A QR code works for one installation. Keep the eSIM on your phone until its package ends.
Ordering and payment
You buy without an account. The email address you give at checkout is where we deliver your eSIM and how you find your order later, so check it carefully.
You pay on Whop’s secure checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your bank may ask you to confirm a card payment with 3-D Secure, and Whop may ask some buyers to confirm a phone number.
Your card statement shows the charge from Whop, not from esimapp.io.
We check every order automatically to prevent fraud, and we may decline an order before you pay. If a payment doesn’t match its order, or you pay twice for one order, we refund that payment in full.
Delivery and your right to withdraw
We deliver your eSIM on screen and by email, usually within minutes of your payment.
At checkout you ask us to deliver it straight away by ticking this box:
Deliver my eSIM now. I understand I can’t withdraw once it’s delivered.
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content such as an eSIM, that right ends when delivery starts with your agreement. So once your eSIM is delivered, you can’t withdraw from the purchase.
If we can’t deliver your eSIM, we refund you in full, automatically.
Refunds
Every refund we make is for the full price you paid. Our refund policy says when we refund and how long a refund takes to reach you.
Read the refund policyOur responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the package you bought as its label describes. We are not responsible for a phone that doesn’t support eSIM or is locked to a carrier, for settings on your phone, or for network outages outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of Senegal. Disputes about them are heard by the courts of Dakar, Senegal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
